If I had the same restriction as the 19th century pitchers that MLB Network used, Seaver would be my 9th, and everyone would slide up. I'm gonna guess Clemens got bumped back on the MLB list by the morality police. Ed Walsh had a career ERA+ of 146, so you can decide if he was better than Palmer (126).
