A Dallas win and the Cowboys will have 11 teams in round 2 and that will be the second highest mark. This '70 team had the 4th best defense in football, one All Pro, 34 year old Chuck Howley. It's 27 year old Craig Morton getting the start at QB, he had 11 of them in the regular season, 15 scores and 7 picks. 28 year old Bob Hayes had 11 scores. One first down - Morton 12 to Rentzel -- but the drive dies - Dallas turns down an attempt at a really long FG - they punt - the Niners don't have time to do anything and it is halftime.

Could be the last team with the ball wins this one - possible upset in this 4/13 game that concludes the upper half of the final region in the tournament.

One first down, Kaepernick to Boldin for 22.
But the drive ends in a punt - Harbaugh turning down a long FG attempt - Dallas at the 12.
And it's Roger Staubach who comes out - Morton's played well, but Landry likes both QBs, Staubach is 28 and he takes over here.
